Our office is in Farmers Branch, a short drive from downtown Dallas and the USCIS Dallas Field Office in Irving. Because immigration law is federal, we also represent clients outside Texas.
The whole file, read properly
Prior applications, entries, arrests, and notices all affect what is possible now. We review the complete history before recommending a path.
Criminal and immigration together
The firm practices both, so a pending charge or old conviction is evaluated for its immigration consequence before any plea or filing.
Federal court admission
Admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, so federal litigation is available when an agency decision must be challenged.

Do I need an immigration attorney for a green card?
Not legally, but a mistake on a form or a missed inadmissibility issue can delay a case for years or trigger removal. An attorney identifies those risks before anything is filed.
Where is the immigration court for Dallas cases?
Most removal cases for the Dallas area are heard by the Dallas Immigration Court, part of the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Your Notice to Appear lists the court and address assigned to your case.
Do you take immigration cases outside Texas?
Yes. Immigration law is federal, so we represent clients nationwide in USCIS matters and many court proceedings.
