We represent clients in removal proceedings, bond hearings, and appeals, and we identify every form of relief the law allows — not just the most common one.
Bond and detention
We request bond hearings and present evidence of family ties, employment, and community support to seek release.
Relief from removal
Cancellation of removal, asylum, withholding, adjustment of status, and waivers are evaluated against your full history.
Appeals and motions
Decisions can be appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals and, in some cases, to federal court. Old orders may be reopened.

Many people are eligible to request bond from an immigration judge. Eligibility depends on criminal and immigration history.
What is cancellation of removal?
A form of relief that can allow certain long-term residents to remain and obtain or keep a green card, if strict residence, character, and hardship requirements are met.
